Vita Clinics very own Carel Le Roux, Bariatric Physician Adviser and world leader in metabolism, features in Horizon’s Why are Thin People Not Fat? (BBC2, 9pm, 26 January). This is a controversial overeating experiment that aims to identify exactly what it is about certain people that makes it hard for them to gain weight.
