Question time for Fern Britton
Fern Britton is to appear on the BBC’s Question Time.
The popular TV host – who has recently slimmed down after being at the centre of a row when it was disclosed she’d had a gastric band fitted – will appear on the programme on Thursday (March 19).
The This Morning presenter’s appearance on the show alongside political bigwigs follows that of former Pop Idol winner Will Young. As usual, David Dimbleby will chair the debate, which comes from London’s Canary Wharf this week. Joining Fern will be Olympics Minister Tessa Jowell, shadow business secretary Ken Clarke and Liberal Democrat Treasury spokesman Vince Cable.

Fern has no reason to be ashamed she had a gastric band – she should rejoice in how much healthier she feels and hopefully how many years she has added back onto her life.
Its interesting that those who normally decry weight loss surgery don’t need it! Its about time the general public start excepting that this surgery is a major life saver and will became common place.
So says a Gastric by-pass patient.
